White Chocolate Brownies


Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Preheat Oven: 350

Ingredients:
12 oz white chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
12 oz cholate of your choice (chopped or chips)
1 cup heavy whiipping cream

Instructions:
(Brownies) Grease a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Over low heat, melt butter and 6 oz of white chocolate in a sauepan. Stir until well blended. Set aside. In a large bowl mix sugar, eggs, and salt on high for about 2 minutes or until slightly fluffy. Add vanilla and melted chocolate mixture, and beat on low. Stir in flour and baking powder. When fully mixed, fold in the last 6 ox. of white choloate. Pour in baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

(Ganache) Then, pour 12 oz of chocolate of your choicd into a large glass bowl. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil over medium heat. Pour over the top of chocolate and whisk until fully mixed. Let stand until it thickens just a little bit.

When the brownies are done and have cooled for a few minutes, pour ganache dover teh top and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until ganache hardens.
