No Bake Chocolate PB Cookies

Ingredients:
Bring to boil:
2 cup sugar
¼ cup butter
4 TB cocoa (optional)
Add:  ½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oatmeal (optional)
2/3 cups peanut butter

Instructions:
Drop onto waxed paper and let cool.
