Butter Crumb Cake

Cook Time: 30-35 minutes
Preheat Oven: 350

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
¾ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. In an 8 inch square cake pan combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well with a fork. In a small bowl combine butter, milk, vanilla, and egg. Add to dry ingredients, and stir with a fork until batter is well mixed. Bake for 30-35 m minutes, until done. Prepare frosting while cake is baking.


Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3-4 TB milk (right consistency)

Instructions:
Mix with electric mixer.
