Lion House Pie Dough

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Preheat Oven: 400

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2/3 cup shortening
1 TB sugar
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 TB dry milk
3 cups flour
½ cup water

Instructions:
Roll out thin and place in pie pan. Trim ¼ inch beyond rim. Fill bottom crust. Roll out for top crust. Press top and bottom together along rim. Bake at 400º for 30 min.
