Fluffy Pistachio Dessert

Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
Preheat Oven: 375

Ingredients:
Crust:
½ cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
First Layer:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, sftd.
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped cream
Second Layer:
3 cups cold skim milk
2 pkgs. (1 oz. each) instant pistachio pudding mix
Topping:
1 carton (8 oz.) light whipped cream
2 TB ground walnuts

Instructions:
Press crust into bottom of 13x9 inch pan coated in nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool. Mix other layers separately and carefully layer on top of one another. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
